Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior authorization from skysonic, Inc. Returned shipments not having prior approval will be refused thus returned to you at your expense.. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition in its original packaging with all manuals and warranty card and unused with exception of defective goods. A 15% restocking charge will be applied against any credit issued for sale-able merchandise. All goods must be returned freight per-paid within 30 days after receipt of shipment. Be sure to insure your return shipment if its value exceeds $100.00 Our return merchandise authorization number (RMA) must appear on all cartons. Call our customer service department toll free at 856-317-0600 to obtain this number and authorization for return. skyconic, Inc. Responsibility with respect to the shipment of goods ends with the shipment of the goods. Any damages or shortages should be noted on the receiving freight bill and claim filed by you the customer with the delivering carrier.
