Simply download and run the module. Once the module has loaded, give your ID number to the Technician and they will be able to remote connect to your unit.

Password Reset Service
We offer assistance for DVR Password Reset for our customers. Due to privacy and liability concerns, please have your installer call us directly with the Serial Number for verification. Our business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm Mon – Fri. We will get back to you within 30 minutes to an hour during business hours. If you try to contact us after business hours, we will get back to you during the next business day. We will provide a temporary password valid for only that date. The temporary password must be used at the DVR and cannot be used on remote login. (You must have physical access to the DVR unit.) You can use this temporary password to log in and it can also be used to change the admin password by using it as “Old Password” in the password modification page.
